Create Your Own Group
1. Go to the Do option in messmo 2. Select Chat Groups 3. Create Chat Group 4. Enter a Name and Number for your group Your group number can be any number that is not in use, but must be 6 to 9 digits long. Choose any name for your group. You will receive a TXT confirming your new group. Hint! Remember the Chat Group is a number. Store it in your mobile phone's address book. Invite Your Friends To tell your friends about your new Chat Group simply choose the Invite option in the Chat Groups menu. Enter the number of your group and then your friends mobile numbers. Join a Group To join an existing Chat Group simply choose the Join Chat Group option in the Chat Groups menu. You will receive a confirmation TXT that you have joined a new group. It's that easy. TXT Your Chat Group To chat with the group simply TXT the Group Number (it will always start with 1800 followed by 6 to 9 digits) and enter your message. Remember Chat Groups is like any other messmo TXT - you can always add an attachment. Leave a Group To leave a group simply select the option Leave Group and enter the Group Number. Show My Groups To see what groups you are subscribed to simply select Show My Groups from the Chat Groups menu. You should receive a TXT with a list of your groups by name and number. If you are not subscribed to any groups you will receive a TXT that you do not have any Chat Groups. Show All Groups To see what groups are currently available select Show All Groups from the Chat Groups menu. Delete A Group To delete a group that you have created select Delete A Group from the Chat Groups menu and then enter the Group Number. |
